苏州西门子电器有限公司成立于1994年6月, 原系中外合资企业, 注册资本4624.32万DM. 中方股东为苏州机床电器厂, 持股49%, 外方股东为西门子公司, 持股51%.
公司生产的主要低压电器产品： 3TF接触器，3TS，3TB接触器，3UA热过载继电器，3TH接触器式继电器，3TD机械连锁可逆接触器， 3VU，3VL塑壳断路器，3WT，3WL 空气断路器，3SB按扭及指示灯，低压电气柜，4EU电抗器，4BU变压器等。
Siemens Electrical Apparatus Ltd., Suzhou (SEAL) was founded in June 1994, was a join venture. Its Chinese shareholder is Suzhou Machine Tool Electrical Appliance Factory which holds 49% equity interest and its foreign shareholder is Siemens which holds 51% equity interest. The register capital was 46.24 million DM.
Main products of the company are AC/DC-driven 3TF, 3TS, 3TB contactors, 3UA overload relays, 3TH contactor relays, 3TD reversing contactor combinations and 3VU, 3VL breakers (MCCB), 3WT, 3WL breakers (ACB), 3SB push buttons & indicators, and LV cubicles, 4EU chokes, 4BU transformers.
2001年7月，西门子收购了中方全部的股份，SEAL公司由合资企业转变为外商独资企业。
2002年7月，SEAL 与北京西门子电器有限公司签署了合并协议，合并以后SEAL继续存在, 两公司的合并在2003年5月获政府正式批准，公司的注册资本由4624万德国马克增为5804万德国马克。
2006年4月， 获政府正式批准，公司的注册资本增为4020.3万欧元。
公司现有雇员约1150名。
Since July 2001 SEAL became a whole foreign owned enterprise (WFOE) of Siemens.
SEAL and Siemens Electrical Appartus Ltd., Beijing concluded the Agreement on Merger by Absorption in July 2002, and after the merger is down, SEAL continue to exist. The merger case was approved by Government in May 2003, and SEAL’s register capital was increased to DM 58.04 million from 46.24 million. In April 2006, SEAL’s register capital was increased to EUR 40.20 million.
There are nearly 1150 employees working for SEAL at present.

公司占地面积87000平方米. 2002年4月搬入位于苏州高新区的一期厂房（建筑面积13826平方米）。
2004年11月，二期工程建筑面积14200平方米的厂房被投入使用。
2008年4月，三期工程建筑面积11000平方米的研发中心大楼投入使用。

SEAL’s Cover area is 87000sqm, move into our new factory (1st phase construction floor: 13826sqm) in SND of Suzhou in April 2002. The 2nd phase building with 14200sqm construction floor is used in Nov. 2004, The 3rd phase R&D center building with 11000sqm is used in April. 2008.
We expect a boost in the fields of efficiency, environment of our operation, R&D capacity and service to our customers, ensure our company’s sustained growth together with our customers over the coming years.
