Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for quality control and assurance for New Project Introduction which include raw material quality, in process control and final products quality assurance.
2.To monitor and ensure products in mass production consistently meet customer spec and drawing requirement.
Responsibilities:
1)Prepare Quality Control Plan by working with new project team
2)To review raw material drawing, work out own checklist for IQC
3)To create Sip and Inspection checklists in both Chinese& English (where required) for inspector in process, then train them with it
4)Implement & develop Customer Complains / Returns System to ensure fast turn around, corrective / preventive actions put in place, have experience in 8D report preparation
5)Support on supplier audit if necessary.
6)Implement ISO9001 internal audit and ensure compliance throughout the job responsibilities.

Requirements:
1)Above 4 years working experiences and at least 2 years in quality field of cable assembly know detail process of harness manufacturing.
2)Experience of working on NPI(new product introduction), can work out quality standard for inspector
3)College graduated above and major in engineering is preferred
4)Can read English mechanical drawing and spec. good English, both on written and oral
5)Knowledge of ISO9001 and TS16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC would be an advantage, internal auditor of ISO9001 and TS16949 is preferred.
