任职要求：

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in related subject: Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Wafer FAB relevant experience preferred.
3. Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
4. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
5. Willing to work day/ night 12-hour shift and over time
6. Good computer skill.
7. Knowledge about Lean and QS/ISO preferred.

职位职责：

Responsibility:
1. Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing operators in the day-to-day operations
2. Work closely with process & equipment engineers to improve equipment’s available time and efficiency, do troubleshooting and
3. Perform routine check and shift duties to ensure production goals 100% meet
4. Strategize and schedule manpower/equipment allocation for maximum throughput, minimum equipment idle time, and finally meet 100% on-time delivery by order
5. Timely resolve issues, deal with emergencies, 6S implementation.
6. Understand equipments’ capacity and constrain, manage Bottleneck tools and key products moving
7. Organize and coach training and certification, ensure operators get enough training and skills
8. Participate and monitor performance evaluation, cost reduction activities, and yield improvement project.
9. Ensure discipline, safety, and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and do actions if needed for those violators
10. Coordinate with other functions to manage all actions happen on the floor, such as new program launch
