任职要求：

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred).
-Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductor characterization Engineering.
-Solid understanding of analog electronics.
-Good oral and written communication skills (in English).
-Ability to operate well independently or as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
-Fluency in operation of oscilloscope, semiconductor parameter analyzer, network analyzers, and other lab equipment.
-Solid programming skills in a visual language (such as VEE, LabWindows, Visual Basic, Visual C, C/C++) demonstrated by coursework or practical experience.
-Basic knowledge of GPIB or test equipment control via PC.
-Test fixture making capability (such as PCB design, mechanical design)

职位职责：

-Develop required setups and execute needed tests/characterization
-Develop test programs by working with modeling and design engineers to probe wafers and packaged parts.
-Develop and acquire new characterization methods to improve accuracy, efficiency and quality of data needed.
-Responsible for being the resident expert in characterizing/testing semiconductor products.
-Summarize and provide analysis of data in statistically sound manner.
-Develop and maintain good working relationships with design, fab, modeling and product engineers
-Automate/improve test procedures using hardware and software tools such as VEE, LabWindows, Visual Basic, and others to speed testing or data collection/analysis.
-Communicate test status and results through updates in the Engineering Request System, Reliability Test Database, and direct contact.
-Provide detailed Failure Analysis Reports to lab customers for failed devices through chemical de-encapsulation and thorough engineering analysis.
-Manage engineering work performed by technicians and provide assistance/guidance as needed with clear instruction.
-Identify and recommend Engineering Lab equipment, new tools, and procedure improvements to Lab Manager.
