主管：高级工程师
1.职务目标：
在机械加工,冲压件,弹簧和紧固件等方面为百得内部及供应商提供技术支持. 进行相关领域供应商的技术评估, 并针对零部件的具体生产工艺和供应商一起工作, 确保供应商质量长期稳定.
2.任职资格/技术水平要求
1)机械制造本科学位.
2)二年以上在金属加工方面的工作经验(冲压件经验优先, 钢件加工,弹簧, 紧固件等)
3)懂得形位公差的定义运用及测量,了解机械设计的基本原理.
4)熟悉加工过程及生产设备等, 具有切削刀具,夹具,模具,检具和产品检验等方面知识.
5)有基本的英语读写说的能力
SUPERVISED BY ：Sr. Engineer
1. TARGET
Provide technical support for both interior team (ENG, PUR & MFG) and manufacturing supplier in the area of steel machining/stamping/ spring etc. Conduct supplier technical assessments and work on component level to ensure supply base can delivery quality parts consistently.
2. QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT
1)With a bachelor degree of Mechanical.
2)Min. 2 years working experience in metal manufacturing field (stamping experience is preferred, steel machining, , spring & fasteners etc.)
3)Understand GD&T, know mechanical design principle.
4)Be familiar with manufacturing process & equipment. Know about cut tool, fixture, tooling, gage and parts inspection method.
5)Ability to read, write and speak English.

工作职责
1.为项目组和供应商提供钢件加工, 冲压等方面的支持.(包含新产品和成熟产品)
2.参与新产品设计,对工程图纸的规范性合理性进行分析,确保图纸要求规范, 合理. 审核供应商的加工工艺, 确保其能实现设计目的.
3.对供应商进行技术评估,制定供应商技术改善计划跟踪及有效实施.
4.对供应商进行相关的技术培训.
RESPONSIBILITY
1.Provide technical support to project team in steel machining, stamping areas. (Both new products and mature products)
2.Involve in new product designing. Review engineering drawing to make sure correct drawing specification, review supplier manufacturing process to ensure process is capable with a consistent base.
3.Conduct supplier technical assessment. Set up SQIP (supplier quality improvement plan) for suppliers and follow up.
4.Technical training program for supplier staff.
