总部位于丹麦的格兰富集团是世界最大的水泵制造商之一。

格兰富水泵(苏州)有限公司1995年在苏州工业园区成立, 是集团在亚太地区的制造基地, 主要从事水泵装配和零件生产，现有员工500多人，并被评为2006年度“苏州工业园区最佳雇主”。

任职要求：

-Bachelor Degree or higher (not necessarily in Engineering)本科以上学历；
-Good oral and written English is a must良好的口语和书面英语；
-Microsoft Office Package, Windows, SAP R/3熟练操作办公软件，SAP R/3；
-Not a must – but knowledge about mechanical products and SCM/logistics is an ad-vantage机械产品及供应链管理理论优先；

职位职责：

Main Responsibility主要职责:
Support our Customer (Regional Sales) with technical support and FPV support for the NB/NK/TP / CR/UP and other pumps技术支持及FPV产品服务

Daily Duties日常工作:
-Timely response of the FPV inquires to our customers (technical description, price and lead time) 及时回复客户查询（技术、价格、交货期）；
-Ensure the assembly of FPV pumps and help solve any problems in the proc-ess. 解决可能出现的流程问题确保产品装配；
-Promote new FPV products to customers 开发新FPV产品；
-Support our regional customers and create and update product information and other documents accordingly建立并更新产品信息；
-Contact external supplier when special FPV component information is needed联系外部供应商有关FPV零件；
-Assist in updating Control and Work Instruction in assembly area for FPVs更新相关操作指导；
-Support GBJ/GMA in connection with new product introduction and create necessary documentation for the new products to be implemented in the pro-duction (GPC) 配合总部新产品在GPC的推广；
-Assist in the work of optimizing the FPV process and flow in GPC 流程优化；
-Take other tasks that maybe assigned by the CSU Manager 其他任务。
