任职要求：

-Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering with design or teaching experience;
-Have a good knowledge of computer-aided design; Catia V4/V5 is preferred but not required;
-Have excellent command of both spoken and written English; standard British accent would be high appreciated;
-Have general understanding on PDM, ERP system, network, database and basic Unix command;
-Have good interpersonal communication skill and good command of documentation and demonstration;
-Have capacity to skill up quickly by learning new technologies and you are self-motivated.

职位职责：

You will work with staggered working hour while supporting Grundfos globally, e.g. 2:30pm –10:30pm (1:30pm –9:30pm for daylight saving), since about 90% of the customers are from Europe. Possibly you will travel abroad yearly.
You will work with the Catia Group in Denmark, supporting Catia&amp;amp;amp;Enovia functionalities for the users in Grundfos Group by telephone and on-line access and record support calls and emails in English.
You will give feedback to Catia Group Denmark regarding on frequently asked questions and proposals for new guidelines and cookbooks; test functionalities of new Catia&amp;amp;amp;Enovia release; solve Catia&amp;amp;amp;Enovia related issues involving IT or other functions.
You will provide Enovia training to the new users from China at the moment. Taiwan and Southeast Asia can be an issue in the future.
Moreover, you will coordinate the projects in the drawing unit.
