Basic requirements
1. University above, major in computer science and application, at least 5 years working experience with 2 years IT management experience.
2. Strong ability to analyze problem and trouble-shooting.
3. Be good at communication with strong teamwork spirit.
4. Good English skills, written and Oral, CERT 4 or above.

Professional requirements
1. Has strong network infrastructure management skill, such as network infrastructure construction, network monitoring & optimization, network application deployment, system security and system upgrading. Thinking carefully and perfectly;
2. Be familiar with major NOS, like Windows 2000/2003, Linux, Solaris;
3. Proficiency in Cisco network equipment, like router and switch. Be familiar with WAN connection and TCP/IP protocol;
4. Proficiency in system backup/restore and backup devices, like Dell EMC SAN, NAS and tape library;
5. Be familiar with key network applications, such as email, IIS, Sharepoint and so on;
6. Be familiar with the network security, like firewall, VPN, WSUS, anti-virus tools (OfficeScan, Sever Protect and ScanMail);
7. Basic knowledge of ERP;

1. Be responsible for company network infrastructure plan, design and system upgrading, to meet with the requirements of company development;
2. Deploy computer network system management policy, try to adopt any legal effective solutions to ensure company information system security. Defend any spiteful or involuntary invasion or destroy;
3. Drive the system team to install, set and configure servers and other IT devices (like UPS, backup equipment). To make sure the whole infrastructure is in a good running status;
4. Be responsible for computer room’s security, including power supply, lighting and air-conditioner. To make sure servers and other network devices can work in a good environment;
5. Be responsible for smooth network communication, especially WAN connection;
6. Monitor system, including monitor network traffic, analyze network bottleneck, trace server running status and check audit records. Ensure system is in a good working status and make sure the employees using network resources correctly;
7. Be responsible for user accounts management, including creating new accounts, modifying user permissions, setting printers, creating email boxes, canceling user accounts and so on;
8. Be responsible for company voice communication, including setting and configuring telephony system;
9. Based on the requirements of ISO9001: 2000, prepare necessary documents and follow them;
10. Drive and lead the team to follow SOX compliance requirements;
11. Keep a good collaboration relationship with network users, try the best to provide them with an excellent service;
12. Support other IT sections, like Application, to fulfill department goals.
