•University graduate or equivalent.
•2-3 years in supplier chain management roles
•Fluency in English is required. The candidate must be conversant and articulate in English
•The successful candidate will need to be very fluent in all desktop applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Access Outlook, Word as well as popular program management software.
•Fundamental knowledge regarding the China supplier base of electrical distribution, automation and control manufacturing companies .
•Basic Knowledge of world-class quality techniques such as: SPC, Kaizen, 8-D, APQP, PPAP, TPM, 6 Sigma
•Understanding of ISO9000, QS9000, TS16949 and Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma belt status a plus
•Solid project management and communication skills.
•Full proficiency in both written and spoken English, which is the company language
•Proficient PC knowledge on MS office applications, MS Project is a plus.
•Experience in supporting USA or European factories on supplier chain management;
•Experience in managing suppliers for continuous improvement.
•Good communication & negotiation skills.

•Project coordination, support IE & sourcing team on project management, schedule tracking and implementation.
•Supplier relationship maintenance and support oversea Eaton sites on urgent order follow up, delivery issues solving, chasing materials per internal or external requirements.
•Supply chain database management and maintenance, keep supplier profile, NDA, QSA audit report be updated in database timely.
•New supplier’s sourcing and development activity assistance with sourcing team, including potential suppliers investigation, supplier profile collection and sample build follow up per Eaton requirements.
•Cost out activity support with global sourcing team on exiting local suppliers.
•Monitor and improve supply performance, maintain a strong supply base.
•Import / Export customs issues and documentation support if necessary;
•Support mgrs on office affairs administration assistance and regular documentation summary & coordination.
•Assists in cross-functional teams involving the suppliers and Eaton functions to implement sourcing projects.
•Assists in projects implementing and issues solving activities with local suppliers.
•Interface between the suppliers activity and Eaton operations, to ensure on time delivery, cost competitive and quality meets our Eaton requirements;
•Assist general operation of Shenzhen office, office normal operation administration support, office payment proceed, travel schedule arrangement, hotel and transportation arrangement etc.
