1.Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
2.At least 3-5 years professional experience in all aspects of IT industry with an in-depth knowledge of IT Technology, mainframe and personal systems, networks, etc
3.Good knowledge on ERP system. Experience in SAP R/3 (SD, PP, WM and FI/CO Modules) is a plus.
4.Business Process-oriented thinking.
5.High level of communication skills both in Chinese and English. High level of self motivation, self-initiative and flexibility

Overall responsibilities:
1.To ensure the application portfolio optimally supports the divisional business processes:
develop or acquire new applications in support of business processes
reduce the number of disparate systems in the division
aim for commonality of data and systems with other divisions
2.To steer the definition and manage the demand side of infrastructure services and other shared services
3.To plan and manage the resources (people, money) required for ICT support
4.Agree and ensure implementation of professional standards, policies, jointly owning competence centers, staff development, developing an exciting Employee Value Proposition.
General
1.To establish IT policy & guideline in-line with that promulgated by Draka Holding.
2.Budget planning and controlling for IT hardware & software and ensure it meets Draka requirement.
3.To lead, guide and finalize with the related Departments Business Unit in defining business operation procedures and the required financial & operational management reports.
4.To organize and facilitate the training to the end users, managing the service support with the service provider, including the system upgrading, operation support. Etc.
5.To prepare an annual divisional information plan
6.To ensure ICT professional standards, policies, etc are in place and applied
7.To manage system development and implementation projects.
8.To develop required skills and competences, share this with others as required.
IT Infrastructure
1.Oversees the administration and maintenance of company infrastructure, and directs team members when necessary.
2.Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provide expert support when necessary.
3.Oversees all help desk activities. Responds to escalated help desk issues.
4.Trouble-shooting of global IT service problems in co-operation with Atos Origin Hotline.
5.Identify service requirements, hardware needs in each department and facilitate the purchase.
ERP & Applications
1.Take responsibility for all development activities i.e. functional plans, system plans, system design and adjustment, program testing, system implementation, development of workflow procedures.
2.Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendation related to proposed solution.
3.Identify company software needs and facilitate the purchase.
4.Provide Syspro ERP system operation and application support to the users.
5.Prepare for the implementation of the Draka SAP template.
Project Management(Future Project)
1.Manage the development, implementation & operation of Draka SAP Template Project, together with AP Project Team
2.Review and oversees deliverables prepared by consultancy companies and ensure them meet the project requirements.
3.Tracks and reports SAP project expenses. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
4.Assists in enforcement of project cost, schedules and deadlines.
