任职要求：

Qualification:
1. 5~7 years sales related working experience in automotive industry;
2. Experience on successfully dealing with customer complaint;
3. Strong communication skills and problem solving ability and work under pressure;
4. Good responsibility, initiative, team work;
5. Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin;
6. Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project);
7. Results-oriented;
8. Familiar with 8D is prefered;
9. Bachelor degree or above,major in integration of mechatronic and electronic is prefered;

职位职责：

Responsibility:
1. Offer high quality service for customer and try to avoid disputes with customer;
2. Deal with customer complaint and improve customer satisfaction;
3. Keep in Contact and communicate with colleagues from Netherlands, Ireland, Korea and Japan ;
4. Receive purchase order from customer, push production planner to arrange production and delivery to customer just in time, avoid any delay;
5. Cooperate with relevant department to achieve sales targets;
6. Collect AR;
7. Analyze marketing and sales conditions and make improving suggestions;
8. Collate, preserve, and check sales related documents and data;
