任职要求：

1.Together with IT helpdesk engineer to provide 1st level support to PC users, including hardware and software；
与IT客户支持工程师一起提供IT Helpdesk第一层面的支持，包括硬件和软件；
2.Together with IT helpdesk engineer to provide maintenance / preventive maintenance to all PC clients’ facilities to reduce down time;
与IT客户支持工程师一起提供所有PC用户设备的维护/预防维护以减少停机时间;
3.Utilize, coordinate and manage internal and external IT resource to improve IT service level and users’ satisfaction;
充分利用，配合和管理内外部IT资源以提高IT服务水平和用户满意;
4.Be fully responsible for PC client’s asset management and proposals for purchasing and disposal, including PC, workstation, printer and multi-media projects etc.);
全面负责PC客户端资产管理、采购及报废建议，包括PC,工作站，打印机和多媒体投影仪等等）;
5.Be responsible for all PC related system / application support (within IT scope); Strong support to senior network engineer to work on server related activities to ensure smooth running of all systems；
负责全部PC客户端相关系统/应用的在IT范畴内的支持; 大力支持网络高级工作师在服务器端相关行动以确保所有系统的平稳运行；
6.Be responsible for information security control (anti-virus, patch updating etc.) in the company, focusing on PC clients
负责公司信息安全控制（反病毒，补丁升级等等），注重在PC用户上；
7.Be responsible for IT accessories receiving and issue, such as toners, cartridge and corina etc.
负责IT附件接收和发行，比如晒鼓，墨盒和Corina等等

职位职责：

1.Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or relevant majors;
计算机及相关专业本科或以上学历;
2.Working experience in Hardware and System maintenance; MCSE and CCNP is a strong plus;
具备计算机硬件维护的工作经验，有MCSE和CCNP者佳;
3.熟悉Windows NT/2000/2003，Exchange 5.5/2003，Office 2000/2003，Oracle/Sybase DB管理，MS SQL Server 2000及操作系统安全的相关知识；
Be familiar with Windows NT/2000/2003,Exchange 5.5/2003,Office 2000/2003,Oracle/ Sybase DB management,MS SQL Server 2000 and the knowledge of OS Security.
