任职要求：
Job Descriptions:
1)To be fully responsible for shop floor in mass production of plastic parts ;
2)To make planning, co-ordination and control production processes;
3)Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
4)Responsible for the effective distribution of required product mixed to the right customers at the right time;
5)To keep Injection Molding Machines in good condition and services are produced efficiency and on time, initiate and implement quality improvement projects, and to develop or improve operation procedures and maximize the utilization of manpower;
6)Develop and motivate a team of Engineers & Technicians to achieve a continuous improvement in efficiency and quality performance;
7)To establish and coordinate periodic & ad hoc machinery repair and maintenance ;
8)Coordinate with relevant departments to give solution on quality, engineering, materials and human resources related issues;
9)Establish and execute on-going training program for subordinates;
10)Participate in maintaining and implementation of ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949:2002

Qualifications:

-College Degree or above, background in Precision Tooling & Moulding, Mechanical, Electronic, automotive industry, or relevant;
-At least 5 years working experience in the moulding industry (Must have at least 2 years experience in production manager;
-Good understanding of plastic moulding manufacturing technology
-Good understanding of plastics parts with engineering material molding experience, familiar with Ultem, PBT, PC/PEI blend, PC/ABS blend, PC, POM, PA, LDPE, PA46,etc.
-Strong operation management skills and overall cost control;
-High manufacturing environment consciousness, and good sense of preventive maintenance and workforce arrangement;
-Strong organization, leadership and interpersonal relation skills;
-Strong analytical & execution capability;
-Familiar with ERP system
-Excellent English verbal communication skills;
-Enthusiastic, flexible, coordinative, confident, proactive, and self – discipline etc;
-Working experience in a multinational company or foreign enterprise is preferable.

注塑生产经理岗位描述：

1）负责注塑车间日常管理工作；
2）计划、协调、控制生产过程；
3）根据客户的需求相应地调整生产计划及组织；
4）确保产品按时按质地发送给客户；
5）确保注塑机以及设备及时并高效地生产，采取有效地措施改进产品的质量，发展并提高生产流程，最优化地使用人工；
6）激发工程师、技术员以及其它下属的团队凝聚力，提高车间生产能力以及业绩；
7）建立机器维修和保养计划；
8）协调相关部门处理质量、工程、原材料以及人力资源问题；
9）独立地建立并执行生产车间员工培训计划；
10）贯彻并维护ISO 9001:2000 和TS 16949:2002相关事项。


任职资质：

-大专以上学历，具有精密注塑模具、机械、电气或自动化相关专业背景；
-至少5年注塑行业工作经验（其中至少2年生产经理管理经验）；
-熟悉注塑生产工艺；
-良好的模具设计图纸的阅读能力，熟悉UG软件的运用；
-良好的模具生产机械部件经验，熟悉Ultem, PBT, PC/PEI blend, PC/ABS blend, PC, POM, PA, LDPE, PA46,等；
-优秀的生产管理能力和全面的成本控制；
-良好的制造业生产环境意识和机器预防性维护及劳动力安排常识；
-良好的组织、领导和沟通能力；
-优秀的分析和决策能力；
-熟悉ERP系统；
-良好的英文沟通能力；
-工作热情、灵活、积极主动、自我意识强；
-具有跨国企业和外资企业工作经验者优先。
