任职要求：

•Purpose
–As a member of the Regional Application Services Team, you will:
-Provide support for local and regional applications
-Assist Brand applications into other regions

•Responsibility
–Gathers users requirements for enhancements and new projects related to regional applications
–Produce technical specifications and development documentation for new applications
–Produce technical specifications and development documentation for the enhancements to the existing applications
–Implement and develops new applications
–Implement and develops enhancements for the existing

•applications
–Training for the applications supported
–Plan administration tasks for the applications supported
–Perform administration tasks for the applications supported
–Design and implement database for the applications supported
–Manage incidents and problems related with the applications supported
–Provides service for the applications supported that meets the service level agreement (SLA)
–Major Applications for the region are: CD2000, Spin, Mapics, Etc

•Qualifications
–Experience in the Application Services area
–Programming skills related to the applications supported
–Database skills related to the applications supported
–Analyses skills related to the applications supported
–Soft skills:
•Training skills
•Business knowledge necessary for Analysis / Specific applications
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Able to work in a distributed team
•Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems

•Others
–Note: All applications for the region will be within the same team. The allocation of the resources to the various application will be done after the capacity planning for the region
