职位职责：

Marketing & sales:
1.Established contacts and build up pipelines to market
2.follow up the prospect clients and closely monitor potential deals
3.prepare reports like courtesy call, daily operation and asset management report etc
Lease Management:
1.Lease/sale software/IT park & amenities and service including renovations to maintain a healthy occupancy rate with good returns and good customer retention rate.
2.Maintain pro-active follow-ups on customer service and facilitate/address issues & concerns raised by customers and also assist to facilitate company’s set up

Customer Service
3.Customer orientation and good team work to maintain our good service standard
4.File management
