1.Bachelor's Degree in business or purchasing / procurement management, 8-10 years of materials mgt experience of which 4-6 years in a manufacturing environment
2.Strong working knowledge of automated materials management system
3.Force in value analysis, cost reduction programs, long-range planning, market analysis, value analysis, availability studies, and contracting procedures for materials, services, and construction projects.
4.Excellent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English

1.Managing a team of buyer, procurement engineer, supplier quality engineer, & warehousing on all aspects of materials
2.Support the development and implementation of Supply Chain strategies and MRP systems in order to ensure the supply, optimal inventory turns, PPV, localization, VMI /CRP, supplier DPPM, & inventory accuracy.
3.Analyze & drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, cost & quality, and site performance metrics.
4.Minimizes exposure (excess, obsolete, receivables); resolves all liabilities in a timely manner.
