-University degree (min. Bachelor; ideally English, Business Admin. or related field)
-Min. 1-2 years working experience in a similar role from an international company
-Excellent communication skills (both in Chinese and English) to connect with internal and external contacts adequately;
-Excellent Ms Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with very professional approach to presentations in particular;
-Honest, good-integrity, logical thinking, proactive, self-motivated, could be working under great pressure, be brave at challenging himself/herself;
-Team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility

1. Responsible for information searching, data compiling, correspondence composing, documentation translation and interpretation for business process
2. Establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems; classify, sort and file correspondence, records and other documents
3. Screen visitors, telephone calls, and incoming mails. Receive, escort and/or introduce visitors to GM/directors/managers
4. Schedule meetings and maintain calendars, arrange and check all devices, book conference room, offer service (drinks) in advance, prepare and compile agenda and materials for conferences and meetings and take meeting minutes, follow up action items
5. Schedule appointments, and complete travel arrangements, including itinerary, ticket, hotel and transportation, cash advances and business trip expenses claiming, etc.
6. Plan, coordinate and facilitate events and VIP visits
7. Confer with other assistants and various support personnel to insure effective coordination of multiple inputs to proposals and reports
8. Provide other routine clerical/secretarial duties as required
9. Provide back-up duties for other secretaries as needed
