| Responsibilities: 1. Applies appropriate technology and project management concepts to effectively manage hydraulic projects.2. Conceptualize/generate tools to meet customer specifications in a timely, thorough concise manner utilizing the best of Manufacturing Engineering practices (GD&T, CAD, testing, math analysis, etc.)3. Participate or lead hydraulic products project to be creative, accurate, detailed, and professional, create and maintain BOM/Work Instruction of new products.4. Develop, maintain and improve Valve Assembly and Testing processes to assure production, which meet customer requirements.5. Provide manufacturing information and expertise to other departments and teams, such as Procurement, Quality Engineering, Production Teams, Finance, and Plant Management to make improvements in methods of manufacture, material requirements and schedules, cost estimating/accounting, and product pricing that will ultimately impact customer satisfaction.6. Follow and continually monitor established safety and environmental procedures to assure a clean, safe work environment is promoted and maintained.7. Support quality systems by participating in or managing project teams, training groups in quality tools and techniques, and supporting daily shop-floor implementation of these tools, to facilitate the achievement of world-class quality standards. Provide quality in all goods and services delivered to internal and external customers through an approach of thorough planning, responsible implementation, and continuous improvement.8. Fulfill other tasks arranged by department manager. |
| Requirements: 1. Mechanical major, 5 years related working experience.2. Hydraulic Major plus 2 years experience on hydraulic products is high preferable.3. Demonstrated design skills utilizing math analysis, FMEA analysis and CAD-3 – D solid modeling (+)SolidWorks ( preferred)or Pro E, CAD capabilities are preferable.4. 2 years plus hydraulic system design and commissioning 5. 5. Comprehensive knowledge of hydraulic technology and automatic control technology.6. Demonstrated oral and written English skills.7. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.8. Skills in writing process instructions (routings), and bill of materials (BOM).9. Understanding Quality system requirements 10. Demonstrated skill in problem solving techniques, including team problem solving.11. Demonstrated knowledge and ability in performing manufacturing engineering functions. |
