1.College degree or above in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, minimum of 3 years work experience in the manufacturing of sheet metal and/or plastic parts and assemblies
2.Have work experience as follows:
A)Paint Application Process (Wet, Powder)
B)Paint Equipment & Facility (Supply System, Robotic, Reciprocator, Manual, Oven)
C)Surface Treatment (Pretreatment for Metal and Plastic prior to Paint)
D)Paint Chemistry (2 Component, High Bake, Water Borne, Candy Coat, Translucent, Florescence)
E)Fixture & Masking Strategy (Pretreatment, Paint & Powder)
F)Paint Performance Test (Adhesion, Abrasion, Hardness, Impact, Cure)
G)Printing (Pad Printing, Silk Screen, Multi Color Print)
H)Plating Process (Plastic & Metal)
I)Anodizing Process & Facility
J)Vacuum Metallization, Vapor Deposition Process & Facility
3.Have Knowledge of SPC, PFMEA
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1.Responsible for the overall anodizing process treatment and recommend which type of process is suitable for customer requirement.
2.Determine type of surface treatment and decoration process flow requirements.
3.Provides chemical analysis services and ensure that material to be used meets customer requirements
4.Performs metallurgical testing such as surface hardness test, coating thickness determination, salt spray test, abrasion test, cure test and other test related to painting and powder coating
5.Qualifies jigs and fixtures to be used in the decoration processes
6.Plans and coordinates the process buy-off for newly acquired equipment
7.Supports all processes in parts failure analysis (FMEA) and evaluate direct material failure covering all the processes involve
8.Monitors and assists in the analysis of waste water discharge, sludge and hazardous waste
9.Performs any other tasks that will be assigned from time to time.
