总部位于丹麦的格兰富集团是世界最大的水泵制造商之一。

格兰富水泵(苏州)有限公司1995年在苏州工业园区成立, 是集团在亚太地区的制造基地, 主要从事水泵装配和零件生产，现有员工500多人，并被评为2006年度“苏州工业园区最佳雇主”。

任职要求：

-College degree in business or equivalent work experience required.经营管理大专及以上学历或同等工作经历;
-Good competence of English in both oral and written. 良好的英语读写能力;
-With strong application ability of Microsoft Office. 精于办公软件应用;
-3+years experience of Material plan in manufacturing industry preferred.3年以上制造行业物料计划经验;
-Be familiar with SAP system operations.熟悉SAP系统操作;
-Excellent skill of order management优秀的订单管理能力;

职位职责：

Main Responsibility主要职责:
Issue purchase order to oversea group suppliers and follow up the daily delivery to make the supply chain smoothly and keep the reasonable stock level.制定海外采购订单并跟催日常交货以确保供应链顺利进行，同时保持合理库存。
Handle stock proposal and Pre-order process负责处理“库存建议”和“预订单”

Daily Duties日常工作:
-Follow up the order delivery of group oversea suppliers (Such as GTW, GSI, GBJ, etc.)跟踪集团内国外供应商的订单交付情况
a. Follow up and push the order confirmation 跟催订单确认
b. Follow up the goods dispatch information，update the information in system if nec-essary.跟踪货物的发运信息, 如有需要将信息更新在系统中
c. Collect the shipping documents and pass to Import colleague 收集运输文件，并转交给负责进口的同事
d. Be responsible for goods being received in system, if anything is abnormal, need co-ordinate with relevant department and inform customer service in time 负责监督货物收入系统，在这之前有任何异常需与相关部门进行协调解决并及时通知客户服务
e. Cooperate with GSH CSU department to handle the L/C contract process, mainly in charge of contacting supplier, and pass the necessary information to supplier and GSH CSU department.与GSH的客户服务部共同合作执行信用证合同，主要负责联络供应商，并将必要的信息传达给供应商和GSH客户服务部。
-Handle stock proposal process, manually create PO accordingly, and make the neces-sary follow up. Feedback the information to the relevant sales timely负责“库存建议”流程，手工创建订单并进行必要的跟踪。定期将相关信息反馈给销售
-Handle pre-order process, follow up and inform supplier to assemble the product and arrange the shipment after getting the firm order负责“预订单”流程，进行跟踪并在得到真实订单时通知供应商开始生产并安排发运.
