1.To assist department leader to plan for development works and budget in order to ensure company’s development plan
2.To assist department leader to prepare paper on investment, tender, quotation for management approval.
3.To procure all necessary vendors and to coordinate all resources.
4.Project Time Control - to leader a project team to control and monitor progress for all stages of development – from master plan design, construction drawing design, authority submission and approval, tender, construction, final inspection, handing over and defects rectification.
5.Project Quality Control-to lead the project team to manage and supervise construction works.
6.Project Cost Control: to lead project team to check and verify the amount of work done, variation order, verify for payment, forecast and finalize building development costs/ unit cost.
7.Support to Other Depts: support to property management team for daily operation issues and marketing team for specifications.
8.External Relations – develop and maintain good relationship with external partners in order to benefit from their support and enhance company’s image.
