任职要求：

1.University graduates or above, major in electronic, electromechanical or quality engineering;
大学本科或以上学历，主修电子、机电一体化或质量工程等相关专业；
2.At least 2 years work experience with JV or WFOE and 5 Years in quality management.
至少两年合资或外商独资企业工作及5年以上质量管理方面的经验。

职位职责：

1.Establish and implement quality management system as per management’s instruction. Make sure company quality management system compliance with ISO9001 / ISO13485 and medical device regulatory, such as MDD, QSR and China regulatory.
按照公司管理层的指示建立和实施公司的质量管理系统；确保公司质量管理系统符合ISO9001 / ISO13485要求以及医疗器械相关法律法规（例如：MDD，QSR，国内医疗器械法规）的要求。
2.Be responsible for the internal audit of quality management system and ensure the effectiveness of quality management system. Monitor the latest development of quality management standard and implement the latest version in company.Be resonsible for training to new employee on quality management system.
负责公司质量管理体系的内部审核，确保体系的有效运行；跟踪质量管理体系标准的最新发展，并在公司内贯彻实施；负责新进员工的质量管理体系方面的培训。
3.Implement management review, internal quality audit and quality improvement activities to push and cooridinate quality management system continuous improvement. Follow up the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive action and verify it’s effectiveness.
通过管理评审，内部质量体系审核和质量改善活动，推动质量管理系统的持续改进；跟踪相关纠正预防措施的实施，并确认其有效性。
4.Keep good communication and relationship with certification bady and customer.Be responsible for the coordination and arrangement of the 3rd party audit and customer audit.
与认证公司和客户保持密切联系和良好关系；负责协调和安排第三方以及客户审核。
5.To investigate and give detailed reply for any complaint for hearing aids, faceplates and amplifiers from customers, and prevent the same issue.
对于所有由客户提出的针对助听器、面板和放大板的投诉，进行调查并给出详细的答复，防止类似问题的再次发生。
