任职要求:
1.University graduates or above, major in electronic, electromechanical or quality engineering;
大学本科或以上学历,主修电子、机电一体化或质量工程等相关专业;
2.Continuous improvement project experience of multi-departments.
有跨部门的持续改进项目工作经验。
职位职责:
To handle the quality issue related to product and service quality in order to effectively maintain and improve the quality control system and keep its effectiveness.
负责处理与助听器有关的产品及售后服务的质量问题,维护和改进产品质量控制系统并保持其有效运行.
1.Product Quality Control
a)Optimized the quality control system, in order to improve the product and service quality,
b)To analyzing the defective product and find the root reason and preventive ,
c)Monitor the implement action in order to improve the product and service quality.
产品质量控制
a)优化质量控制流程,以不断提高产品和售后服务质量;
b)分析不良产品的产生原因,并提出改进措施;
c)监控改进措施的实施情况,不断提升产品和售后服务质量;
2.To investigate and give detailed reply for any complaint for hearing aids from customers, and prevent the same issue;
对于所有由客户提出的针对助听器的投诉,进行调查并给出详细的答复,防止类似问题的再次发生;
3.To review the corrective and preventive action taken to internal and external complaints related to hearing aids and follow up tits effectiveness and implementation status;
对于针对助听器的内部和外部投诉所采取的纠正和预防措施进行审查,并跟踪其有效性和执行情况;
4.To monitor the quality status of product and service quality, report the respective data and quality issue to superior and respective departments to push the improvement of quality;
监督产品和售后服务质量状况,并把有关数据及质量问题报告给上级和相关部门并推动质量的改善;
5.Monitor and feedback the new product quality status in time;
监控并及时反馈新产品的质量状况;
6.To monitor the process quality and feedback the relative problem to production lines to improve.
对过程质量进行监控并将相关情况反馈给生产线以寻求改进.
