任职要求:
REQUIREMENTS
1.Understanding of Littelfuse Products and existing Automotive applications.
2.Recognition of NA Automotive OEM companies and power system and electronics system suppliers.
3.Basic understanding of automotive electric system design cycles and procedures.
4.Understanding of Automotive APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) procedures.
5.Project Management tools and procedures.
6.Knowledge of Littelfuse internal departments, functional groups and personnel.
7.Should have good verbal and listening skills Chinese, additional language, especially English capability would be beneficial.

2.Must maintain a high degree of professionalism.

4.Require minimal supervision.
5.Assist in delivering the business unit position and vision through daily tasks.

SOURCES OF KNOWLEDGE
1.Degree in EE or equivalent.
2.Minimum 3 years experience as application, sourcing or design engineers with extensive knowledge at component levels
职位职责:
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Working with the technical sales of Littelfuse and/or Littelfuse distributors field sales to drive for design win for all Littelfuse products at local customers.
2.Provide value added engineering and application solutions to customers and resolve application/technical problems if any.
3.Working closely with Littelfuse product marketing and segment marketing to help launch “solutions” promotion programs as well as training to field sales of LF and distributors.
4.Running technical seminars at customers, distributors, and exhibitions to promote Littelfuse
5.Ensures close technical cooperation between Littelfuse Regional Sales and the respective Distribution sales offices in order to foster mind share and line card of choice.
6.Foster early project involvement to ensure Littelfuse becomes preferred suppliers at strategic customers.
7.Coordinate between Littelfuse Engineering and customers for samples of non-standard products

SECONDARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Ensure and execute adequate training for Littelfuse associates and channel partners in order to achieve the defined objectives.
2.Work with product and segment marketing in preparing technical literature in support of sales/marketing strategies.
3.Identify technology and competitive trends in the market, and define the implications to Littelfuse.
