我们正在苏州建立一个国际采购部 (IPO). 国际采购部位于梯梯电子集成制造服务(苏州)有限公司,在苏州和深圳均拥有办公室, 专注于为梯梯电子在英国和欧洲的汽车电子, 电信, 网络, 空间和防卫产品以及工业产品制造工厂开发远东地区的低成本供应商并管理远东地区供应链。梯梯电子国际采购部诚邀具有汽车, 电子和机械行业背景的专业人士加入这个将快速成长的组织。

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Be the focal point for customer and TT contact. Be knowledgeable, involved and responsible in every aspect of the customer/TT relationship. Support the effort to attract new opportunities as assigned.
2. Regularly report to TT executive management team on customer and account status, opportunities, problems, issues and outlook.
3. Demonstrate clear leadership of entire TT team in maximizing the opportunity of the account and customer in both the short and long term.
4. Take charge of and lead TT's team in addressing problems, opportunities and other “hot spots” in a quick, decisive and effective manner.
5. Direct responsibility for implementing the plan for pricing, scheduling and cross- company communication.
6. Consistently communicate schedule, milestones and progress to appropriate levels at TT and to the customer.
7. Coordinate cross-functional teams from both TT and the customer.
8. Track PPV, material liability, account specific costs and cost reduction opportunities.
9. Direct responsibility for the profitability of each product being sold to end customer.
10. Limit TT’s liability by communicating and approving NCNR purchases through customer’s procurement group and/or contractual limitations.
11. Conduct regular customer/TT meetings
12. Identify needs and “hot spots” within the customer account and appropriately gather TT resources to respond effectively.
13. Coordinate and facilitate the management of internal teams assigned specifically to customer account.
14. Identify and nurture further business expansion opportunities within the customer
15. Routinely travel to customer sites as needed to accomplish duties and responsibilities
16. Achieve sales goals and objectives.
17. Prepare annual business plans for each account that is managed

1. Four-year degree in Engineering or Physics or equivalent work experience in related field, with a thorough knowledge of customer applications. Experience in selling technical solutions or experience in Electronic Manufacturing highly desirable.
2. Strong writing and verbal skills to prepare proposals and to present TT's solutions to customers at various levels of the customer's organization.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a cross functional role and understand all aspects of customer operating needs and TT processes.
4. Ability to manipulate spreadsheets and understand pricing formulas.
5. A sales mentality with personal drive to succeed, empathy for the customer, instinctive common sense, self-discipline and negotiation skills. In addition, he/she should think quickly on his/her feet, be open to new ideas, be honest, and trustworthy. Also, to have the ability to understand the customer's buying cycle, and to understand the financial impact of pricing decisions.
6. Ability to use office software including word processing, spreadsheets, slide presentations, internet browsers, e-mail, and business systems software.
